Please read these instructions carefully before proceeding with the filling of the e-examination form under Choice Based Credit Based Semester Examination.

Important Dates (Both Regular and ICDEOL students):


1. Examination registration fees for BCA, BBA and BTA Rs.800 .
2. Examination registration fees for BALLB Rs.400 + Rs. 100 Practical Fee per paper .
1st semester students before proceeding to apply, please ensure that you have:

  • (i)Scanned copy of your recent photograph with following specifications.
  • Photograph must be a passport size color picture.
  • Photograph must be taken in full face view directly facing the camera.
  • Photograph should have no shadows and red eyes.
  • Preferred Dimensions 200 x 230 pixels(5.3cm x 6.1cm).
  • Maximum size 50 kb.
  • Photo format should be one of jpg / gif / png.
  • (ii)Scanned copy of your signature with following specifications.
  • Applicant should sign with black ink on a white paper and get the signature scanned.
  • The signature must be signed only by the applicant and not by any other person.
  • Preferred Dimensions 140 x 60 pixels(3.7cm x 1.6cm).
  • Maximum size 50 kb.
  • Scanned signature format should be one of jpg / gif / png.
  • (iii)Scanned copy of your class 10th & 12th certificate with following specifications.
  • Preferred Dimensions 600 x 850 pixels(15.9cm x 22.5cm).
  • Maximum size 200kb.
  • Scanned document format should be one of jpg / png / pdf.
  • Upload separately 10th and 12th class certificates by clicking their respective links.
Instructions for filling e-form:
  • 1. 3rd and 5th semester students should not create a new account. They should login with their existing account.
  • 2. If you have already registered and are unable to login then do not create another account.
  • 3. If you forgot username please contact your college.
  • 4. For changing your email in online system please contact your college.
  • 5. If you forgot password please click Forgot Password.
  • 6. Note down on a piece of paper names of the Major Subject, Minor Subjects, Compulsory Courses, Compulsory Courses (Skill Based) and General Interest/Hobby Courses in which you are enrolled in your college or with ICDEOL so that you are ready to choose correct choices. Also note down name of the Education Board from which you passed your previous Examination.
  • Click login to complete the examination application online.
    • Both 3rd and 5th semester students:
    • All mandatory fields which are marked in red must be filled in on various pages.
    • To save the data please hit Save / Continue at the bottom of screen before proceeding further.
    • Fill in Subject Details Page.
    • Generate Bank Challan and print only after entering data in Examination details and Subject details screens.
    • Deposit money in the bank 2 days after challan generation.
    • You can pay the fees by submitting the payment Challan at any SBI Branch.
    • Complete Payment Details Page after geting Journal Number from the bank.
    • In Confirmation Page kindly review your information carefully before clicking Confirm button.
    • Download Exam Form and send it as per Instructions given under download form link.

Instructions to Submit Hard Copy:


  • After you have downloaded the filled form, sign the form and submit it to College Principal (for regular students) Director, ICDEOL, H.P. University, Summer Hill, Shimla-5 (for ICDEOL students)
**In case of any discrepancy in grades / SGPA the cumulative grade card provided at completion of course by the University will be considered final.
