Please read these instruction carefully before proceeding with the filling of the e-examination form under Semester Examination
- (i)Scanned copy of your recent photograph with following specifications.
- Photograph must be a passport size color picture.
- Photograph must be taken in full face view directly facing the camera.
- Photograph should have no shadows and red eyes.
- Preferred Dimensions 200 x 230 pixels(5.3cm x 6.1cm).
- Maximum size 50 kb.
- Photo format should be one of jpg / gif / png.
- (ii)Scanned copy of your signature with following specifications.
- Applicant should sign with black ink on a white paper and get the signature scanned.
- The signature must be signed only by the applicant and not by any other person.
- Preferred Dimensions 140 x 60 pixels(3.7cm x 1.6cm).
- Maximum size 50 kb.
- Scanned signature format should be one of jpg / gif / png.
- (iii)Scanned copy of your class 10th & 12th certificate with following specifications.
- Preferred Dimensions 600 x 850 pixels(15.9cm x 22.5cm).
- Maximum size 200kb.
- Scanned document format should be one of jpg / png / pdf.
- Upload separately 10th and 12th class certificates by clicking their respective links.
Instructions for filling e-form:
- 1. Students should login with their existing account.
- 2. If you forgot username please select forget user id or either contact your college.
- 3. Password is your Date of Birth.
Click login to complete the examination application online:
- All mandatory fields which are marked in red must be filled in on various pages.
- Download Exam form and send the hard copy to the Office of Director, UIIT, H. P. University on or before the last day of online filling of e-examination form.
